 More than 12 years headhunter working experience in searches firm. 
 At least 10 years’ experience in people management leading a team of ten or more.
 Excellent in high-level position analysis, combine with client culture and management situation to shortlist suitable candidate.
 Hand-on / On-the-ground experience in searching candidates.
 Open minded and flexible. Can adapt easily according to situations.
 Good communication skill and presentation ability.
