职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • - Act as a key leadership member for Greater China business, and participate business’ long-range strategic planning processes with specific responsibility for developing the long-range financial roadmap.
    - Take the leadership role to build up yearly operation budgets for Greater China business
    - Provide leadership to expand ROI through efficient deployment of capital investments, working capital and resources.
    - Approve, monitor and review progress of New Product Introductions (NPI) in terms of investment and estimated completion to ensure growth targets are met.
    - Strategically partner with the Greater China team to drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on pricing, new customer acquisition, new ventures, potential business acquisitions, product profitability and cost control.
    - Improve the overall working capital performance by working with all the business leaders and function leaders in driving Days of Supply, Days of sales outstanding, accounts receivable, accounts payable and past due, or any other key metrics.
    - Ensure global alignment across functional organizations including Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, IT, HR and Strategic marketing to achieve business commitments.
    - Lead reporting, forecasting and planning process for the region, including distribution of appropriate financial targets for profitable growth of the various business segments and proactive analysis of the financial statements for opportunities to increase income.
    - Perform market, customer and product analysis to proactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks to future business performance.
    - Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all finance statements and controls.
    - Work with operations leadership to develop and ensure a clear path to achieve productivity targets including the financial impact of project completions.
    - Manage and develop finance talents to ensure strong organization capability and succession depth for long term business growth.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or related, Master degree or MBA is preferred
    - 10-15 years’ experience in finance leadership position, executive level is preferred with large Manufacturing Finance experience
    - Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and influence business decisions using appropriate, fact-based financial information
    - Strong business acumen, result driven, go beyond and be able to think outside the box, be comfortable to step out of the function and wear the general manager hat in participating into business decisions.
    - Ability to develop strong partnerships and drive cross functional alignment
    - Strong interpersonal skills are critical success factor for this role, including: assertiveness, impactful communication style with ability to influence actions/business decisions, high energy level with a bias for action, high credibility/respect from colleagues and customers, and a positive, gets-things-done attitude. 
    - High integrity, courageous and be able to make tough decisions. Result oriented, high say-do spirit.
    - Proficient in ERP system Oracle and management reporting system Hyperion, and etc.,
