- Work as a representative of Design Team to strengthen and develop the company identity in China. Take local ownership of the visual identity for the company brand working in collaboration with the global Brand team, insights teams and global design team while leading design team members on site in China.
- Generate creative design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts), based on guidelines from Global Brand team, to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
- Develop strategies to uphold the visual merchandising standards and work closely with the retail team including architects and builders to bring the retails spaces ”to life” and to the right level of quality.
- Roll-out of new creative directives and communication.
