Focusing on any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify and taking the necessary steps to resolve these complaints.

Bachelor Degree with mechanical engineering related major, MBA level of education/university degree or with equivalent business experience preferred. - Have relevant industry resources. - Excellent communicator on various levels, business network developer, superior presentation skills, team-player. - Enthusiasm for the job, customer-oriented. - Ability and desire to inspire, motivate and develop team members. - Trustworthy, reliable and authentic personality. - Willingness to travel, good intercultural experience and competencies. - Fluent English.
