• Maintain the regular functions of plant, including optimal utilization of the cash/working capital, have accurate allocation of the cost, inventory management, authorize payments, tax, etc.
维护财务及控制的基本职能，包括现金，营运资金的最佳利用，准确的成本分配，库存管理，授权付款，税务事宜等
• Creation and maintenance of internal control procedures, policies to ensure the local operations & reporting functions are well performed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
创建并维护内控流程及政策，确保工厂运营及报告能很好的依照内控要求执行
• Manage local accounting software/SAP system to meet both China statutory reporting and Group reporting requirements.
管理工厂的SAP系统，以满足中国法定报告和总部报告的要求
• Establish effective communication with Group and conduct clear operation planning Have direct supervision and monitor the planning against the actual spends.
与总部建立有效的沟通， 并且编制北京工厂的运营计划。监督并审核实际的计划执行情况
