职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• - Act as a key member for whole business - China and overseas, and take participate in business’ long-range strategic planning processes with specific responsibility for developing the long-range financial roadmap.
  - Lead the financial team, take the leadership role for daily financial activities including financial reporting and internal controlling, FP&A, treasury, tax, HK substance, etc.
  - Strategically partner with the board team and top management to drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on pricing, new acquisition, new ventures, potential business acquisitions, product profitability and cost control.
  - As the key member involve in M&A project, capital investments and new plant build up program.
  - Perform market, customer and product analysis to proactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks to future business performance.
  - Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all finance statements and controls.
  - As the key member of ERP system set up and development

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related, oversea education background or MBA is plus
  - 15 years’ finance working experience with at least 8 years in finance leadership position, executive level is preferred with manufacturing finance management experience
  - Strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, ability to develop good partnerships and drive cross functional alignment
  - Excellent influence and interpersonal skills, win-win spirit 
  - High integrity, self-motivated, result oriented, company ownership, excellent cooperative spirit
  - Proficient in ERP system and etc.,
  - Fluent both in English and mandarin
