To provide input and implement appropriate human resource policies which provide a comprehensive human resource service to management in line with operational objectives within part of Market Area China- East, South and South West Region.
Recruitment
To provide assistance and advice to line managers on all matters relating to recruitment in Market Area to attract and retain appropriately experienced and qualified employees.
- Provide input on manpower planning and budget
- Provide support with job descriptions, profiles and design appropriate advertisement.
- Liaise with recruitment and advertising agencies where appropriate to provide cost effective recruitment activity.
- Assist managers with interview activity providing advice and guidance.
- Conduct hiring, personnel movement, personnel exit, labor contract signing and etc.
Training & Development
To support the implementation of company training and development policies in respected regions within Market Area to ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their duties.
- Prepare Induction programs together with Training & Development team.
- Advice line manager to conduct appropriate training on employees according to PDP system, so ensure employees’ action plans are achieved.
- Assist with the formulation and implementation of the Company training plan on an annual basis, using the personal action plans and through discussion with line managers.
- Assist with training evaluation and follow up.
Employee Relations
To ensure systems for communication are used to their best effect to support business objectives in respected regions within Market Area.
- Make sure employees can explain and demonstrate the company culture and can explain personal, department and company objectives.
- Advise line managers and team leaders on effective ways of people communication.
- Support to line manager on people decision,
- Advise and support disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Co-ordination of the company communication and ER activities.
Organization Planning & Development
In conjunction with managers ensure the organization structure can support the business development and well understood and supported by MA employees and other business partners.
- Recruitment activities are instigated within actionable timescales.
- Support to conduct CMS committee to recognize and develop competent people to adapt the business needs.
- Work closely with MA managers in terms of organization structure change and people succession planning.
HR Management Systems
Give input on the evolution and implementation of HR management systems.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all time.
- Advise on HR management system continuous improvement.
- Advise on policy changes required to comply with the law or business development
Compensation and Benefit
Be clear about company C&B policy, support the implementation of company C&B policies in MA and can be sure that all employees understand and follow those policies.
- Coordinate the Annual Salary Adjustment;
- Collect the market salary information and handle the offer to new employees;
- Give input to Job evaluation;
- Get involved in Sales bonus policy implementation and explanation.
