  • A global business unit that develops, manufactures and sells burners and heat exchangers for residential and commercial applications. The purpose of the job is:
    •	Defining the marketing & sales strategy for the regional heating business in Asia (X+3/X+5) and managing/steering the implementation of action planning (X+1) across the regions to realize this strategy.
    •	Leading and guiding the marketing & sales team, technical service teams, customer service departments and management assistant in Asia 
    •	Having responsibility for the regional sales (volume, contribution margin, key customers, demand review), marketing (website, trade shows, brochures, packaging, media) and customer service (order intake, customer complaints, sales reports, CRM).
    •	Leading the regional MT with functional responsibility for Operations, Finance and HR.
    •	Responsible for P&L of Asia (except manufacturing variances).

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years relevant experience 
    •	Proven experience in B2B business environment 
    •	Demonstrated understanding of financial and performance data required.
    •	Excellent sales and product management skills
    •	Good business insight and ability to transform potential business into $
    •	Ability to develop and execute strategic plan
    •	Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to interface with local and international teams 
    •	Track record getting things done in an international matrix environment
    •	Business acumen and insight.
    •	Strong process orientation and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities successfully. 
    •	Result driven and determination to strive for continuous improvement 
    •	Team player and developer
    •	Knowledge of or experience in heating sector a plus
    •	Willingness to travel frequently.
