A global business unit that develops, manufactures and sells burners and heat exchangers for residential and commercial applications. The purpose of the job is:
• Defining the marketing & sales strategy for the regional heating business in Asia (X+3/X+5) and managing/steering the implementation of action planning (X+1) across the regions to realize this strategy.
• Leading and guiding the marketing & sales team, technical service teams, customer service departments and management assistant in Asia
• Having responsibility for the regional sales (volume, contribution margin, key customers, demand review), marketing (website, trade shows, brochures, packaging, media) and customer service (order intake, customer complaints, sales reports, CRM).
• Leading the regional MT with functional responsibility for Operations, Finance and HR.
• Responsible for P&L of Asia (except manufacturing variances).
