职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • Handle customer requests and advise to customers,
    Keep frequent communication with customers
    Coordinate subordinates
    Coordinate with BEUMER A/S (residential service department, hotline department), BM customer support and BCH Sales/PM/Design/Commercial dept.
    Allocate project possibilities
    Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
    Monitor small project execution within CS
    Allocate other “brown field” possibilities
    Other tasked he is assigned to
    Keep tracking of the site /system status and provide active support;
    Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree
    Electrical/Controls professional background
    Knowledge of automated material handling/ sorter system
    Good written and spoken English
    Familiar with computer/office appliance
    At least 3 years’ experience as Service team leader or RS team leader in Automated Material Handling System, preferable sorter systems
    Willing to travel at least 1/3 of working time
    Good technical understanding (mechanical/ electrical)
    Commissioning engineer experience is plus
