• Facilitate highly interactive manager and professional development training programs, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats
• May facilitate core OD programs such as MBTI or 360 assessments and Feedback or other intact group facilitations as needed and capabilities allow; Opportunity for certification in these
• Design and implementation of training and OD programs and initiatives; Manage programs such as New Hire Orientation, Quarterly Open Enrollment Training; may supervise training coordinators
• Designs and implements quality performance management training programs and materials
• Measures results of learning interventions and initiatives using appropriate methods for determining participant reaction, amount of learning, and ability to demonstrate new skills
• Develops and implements train-the-trainer programs
• Acts as an internal consultant, assess need and creates appropriate solutions to address gaps.
• Identifies organization development issues and designs and implements/facilitates interventions
• Implements and supports organization change initiatives
• Acts as resource for intact team development: assesses needs, designs and implements interventions; provides ongoing coaching and consulting on team process and/ or team facilitation
• Partners with other HR functions to provide integrated and aligned solutions
