  • -	Establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
    -	Participate and monitor sales forecast budget 
    -	Identify new opportunities 
    -	Report on competitive activities 
    -	Create customer perception excellence 
    -	Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes
    -	Penetration of new products in Semiconductor 
    -	EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -	8-10years experience of sales in semiconductor
    -	Strong sales and negotiation skills 
    -	Outstanding commercial and technical competence in order to command customer respect
    -	High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
    -	Knowledge of OEM process equipment and their requirements for vacuum, exhaust gas management, chemical and others technologies
    -	High level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post-sale support within  Edwards 
    -	Experience of making products presentations 
    -	Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure 
    -	Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
    -	10.Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or significant experience in the semiconductor industry
