职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • -	Develop new customers in diffuse market field to expand business
    -	Maintain exist customers/OEMs to win market share
    -	Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast
    -	Identify and follow up new opportunities to win order
    -	Develop channel sales, co-work and support distributors to win orders and market share
    -	Make regular customer visit, be willing to travel > 50%
    -	Report competitor activities and market information
    -	Create customer perception of Edwards excellence Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes
    -	EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility.
    -	Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target
    -	Participate and complete sales forecast
    -	Accomplish assignment from Manager.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -	Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ sales experience or 3+ years’ sales experience but have technical and applications support background in vacuum industry.
    -	Be familiar with High Vacuum product.
    -	Have experience to work alone for big and complexity projects or customers.
    -	High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs.
    -	Rich experience to build and maintain customer relationship.
    -	Experience or capabilities in product presentations for customers.
    -	Good communicating skills and coordinating with potential and existing customers about upcoming events, problem solving, price negotiation, payment term, agreement.
    -	Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
    -	Keen interest in understanding the market and competition.
    -	Good computer skills.
    -	Good English language skill at speaking and written.
