职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • -	To manage all aspects of China VSS Field and OnSite Service in the region through a network of project Manager, Field Service Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders. 
    -	To consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and to identify opportunities to develop and promote Field and OnSite Service capabilities to meet evolving customer needs, to manage and reduce operational costs effectively, and to ensure that commercial controls for service are in place. 
    -	To collaborate with regional Sales, Customer Care and ReManufacturing operations teams to ensure that service capability and execution, including execution through ReManufacturing operations, is aligned with broader business goals.
    -	To drive improvement in EHS and Quality management performance in Field and OnSite service operations through visible leadership and the management of appropriate controls, review mechanisms and improvement processes within the region, and by ensuring that all employees within the team have received appropriate EHS and technical/ process training and are competent to perform the tasks required. 
    -	To manage and minimise warranty and sales support costs of Edwards equipment and systems so that they become a decreasing % of sales.  
    -	To manage Field and Onsite Service inventory effectively to support the achievement of regional business objectives and customer specific contractual commitments, and to deliver improving responsiveness while improving return on capital.
    -	To manage the selection and ongoing relationship with 3rd party vendors of services, 
    -	To make Edwards Service “easy to do business with” through clear visibility of service availability and anticipated delivery, and consistent and responsive support for technical or commercial enquiries from customers or Edwards personnel.
    -	To establish and monitor simple and effective operational performance measures to support goal setting, to enable operational improvements within Edwards Service to be verified, and to support identification of improvement opportunities.
    -	To integrate new competencies for the support of Edwards equipment into the regional Field and OnSite Service portfolio.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -	Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent management experience in lieu. 
    -	Minimum 10 years’ experience in an advanced technology environment. 
    -	Appreciation and experience of operational, technical and some commercial aspects of an industrial equipment manufacturing and support business
    -	Minimum 7 years project or from line management experience of significant projects or scope of operations in a technical service, supply chain management or other operations function
    -	Proven ability to manage change in processes and organizations 
    -	Evidence of an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques
    -	Demonstrated ability to influence at senior management level
    -	Experience of employee development and employee relations management with managerial, professional, technician and semi-skilled personnel
    -	Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO14000 and EHS management systems
    -	Excellent communication and administrative skills
    -	Customer facing experience an advantage, ideally at a managerial level
    -	Fluency in verbal/written English essential.
