职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• 1-Full quality function responsible: new program quality+ R&D quality + QMS+ supplier quality+ Customer quality+ manufacturing quality+ warranty
  2- Responsible for quality system implementation and its effectiveness validation of all BUs, Plants, Project Execution Center and other functions. Work closely with stakeholders for operations excellence pursuing
  3- Quality goals setting, and define quality targets for the group. Monitor its implementation & achievement and support its progress
  4- New Process or approaches development based on the company strategy & business demanding
  5- Responsible for the training of quality management system and internal procedures.
  6- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systemsand Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
  7- Agreeing with standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
  8- Provide guidance and support to BU daily quality management.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1- Bachelor's degree or above in a Science or Pharmaceutical discipline
  2- 10 years of experience working in a Mechanical, pharmaceutical or Chemical industry with at least Five years’ experience in QA areas with progressive responsibilities. At least 5 years experience in Quality leadership role.
  3- Must have a demonstrable record of implementing and maintaining total quality system; laying out a strategic plan and overseeing the tactical implementation, driving improved operations and quality metrics.
  4- Experience in facilitating regulatory inspections.
  5- Excellent oral and written English skills
