- Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving annual marketing plans and strategic plans including promotion and advertising, competitive analysis, market studies, market trends, inside sales and product training material development.
- Responsible for the growth plan for key market segments for division's specific products; Responsible for the development and implementation of a strategy to grow key market segments; Creates growth plans for key regions and markets; Educates Sales Companies; Develops global customer partnerships.
- Provide leadership and supervision for the marketing team and direct them for various market and customer development initiative and plans.
- Coordinate, support and communicate very closely with the sales team, distributors and customers for business growth plans. Maintain a positive working relationship with key distributors and customers to promote divisional interests and develop strategies and programs to satisfy their requirements.
- Identify technology, growth trends and forecasts in market segments. Identify and develop new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.
Coordinate product development, implementation and product commercialization, including promotional programs, training programs for field and inside sales and distribution networks.
- Provide market intelligence to aid in sound product development and commercialization.
- Coordinate annual pricing changes and provide support on strategic pricing decisions.
