Offer advice concerning commercial order.
1. Offer advice on makeup, completeness and correctness of commercial order (proce, data,quantities,contents,modifications).
2. Offer advice on replacing parts.
Design electric control system according to requirements, and can satisfy the stability operation.
1. Design electric drawing of control system.
2. Write software requirement specification
3. Test prototype machines
4. Technical requirements:
a). Experience on PLC, IPC programming, e.g. Allen-bradley, Beckhoff etc.
b). Experience on frequency drives and motion control is prefered.
c). Experience on 6-axis Robot programming is a plus.
Finalize design files and manuals.
1. Check completeness and correctness of design structure.
2. Prepare operation manual to customer.
3. Finish machine manual.
4. Finish electric inspection for testing in workshop.
5. Communicate with quality department and finish final inspection sheet.
Start up at the customer side (at home and abroad).
1. Must complete safety preparation before commission.
2. Test machine strictly according to inspection sheet.
3. Start up machine on time.
