1. Product management leadership position, responsible to develop and implement the product line growth strategy for division, aligning with global pneumatic strat-egy and factory automation growth plan.
2. Define the product line growth strategy by including sales plan, product roadmap, value proposition, pricing, channels, product development or localization plan, market intelligence and marketing plan.
3. Maintain and simplify existing product offering by focusing target markets and application. Investigate market needs for innovative products and works with engineering to prioritize product development efforts.
4. Ensure global coordination and consistent quality of marketing campaigns, e-business plans and new product releases. Monitor and drive marketing commu-nication needs for product line in support of growth strategy (promotions, cata-logs, social media, web presence, etc).
5. Conduct market research for market dynamics, product trend and competition update. Collect application knowledge from target markets.
6. Support field sales and distributors to drive sales result and improve division’s premier customer experience. Develops/performs product promotion, training and tech support to field sales, channels, and targeted customers.
7. Monitor sales and margin results, prepare sales forecast, track and recommends appropriate actions.
