职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• 1.	Research & Development on corrugating technology;
  瓦楞纸流水线技术研究开发；
  2.	Responsible R&D direction and planning according BHS R&D strategy; esp. for AP market requirement;
  根据博凯机械的研发战略，特别是亚太区的市场需求，负责产品的研发和计划
  3.	Responsible new technology of BHS corrugating development project; 
  负责BHS瓦楞纸流水线开发项目的新技术
  4.	Ensure alpha/Beta prototype products with new developments realize and test; 
  确保新开发的α/β原型产品实现和测试
  5.	Responsible Energy Saving project, including measurement, analysis, concept for improve on each energy saving topic;
  负责节能项目，包括各节能专题的计量、分析、改进理念
  6.	Investigate new technology, compared with BHS products, for improvement purpose;
  与BHS产品相比，对新技术进行调查，以便改进
  7.	Manage relate development project, ensure each project fulfilled in time, process and document via BHS OD/EIP system; report prepared in time for Product Review meeting;
  管理相关的开发项目，通过BHS OD/EIP系统确保每个项目按时、按流程完成，并准备相关的文件；及时为产品评审会议准备报告
  8.	Technical support for special variants project, Special project from WHR side;
  特殊需求项目、包括WHR的特殊需求项目的技术支持
  9.	Responsible for other special tasks nominated by technical Director

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1.	Bachelor degree of mechanical or above;
  机械学士或以上学位
  2.	More than 10 years experiences in Machinery manufacture industry, more than 5 years experiences in the related position.
  10年以上机械制造行业工作经验，5年以上相关管理经验
  3.	Experience on new machinery development project, familiar with the corrugating technology is plus.
  有新机械开发项目经验，熟悉瓦楞工艺者优先
  4.	Familiar with related mechanical design skills, software operation, SolidEdge ST10 and SAP are preferred; 
  熟悉相关机械设计技能、软件操作、SolidEdge ST10、SAP优先
  5.	Interesting and target on development and innovation;
  有兴趣从事研发和创新的项目
  6.	Good English in both spoken and written. Germany is plus. 
  良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。会德语着优先考虑
  7.	Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  良好的沟通和人际交往能力
