Responsibilities:
1.Ensure that all contractual obligations stipulated in the subcontract are complied with by each party;
2.Preparing and drafting all letter correspondence including follow-up action on all incoming letters and minutes of meeting if required;
3.Custody of all contractual matters in relation to the Subcontract with Client/Contractor including reviewing contract / agreement for the project to ensure contractual protection to the Company.
4.Reviewing and assisting in preparation of Variation claims to Client/Contractor for commercial or others risk which could affect project cost including participating in negotiation of all variation claims with Client/Contractor and the close out of the Subcontract.
