职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • -  Manage, coordinate and support topics including:
       1) planning process (operational and strategic)
       2) preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
       3) creation of deviation analysis, economic evaluations as part of the monthly and annual financial statements
       4) preparation of meeting documents (Reviews, BoD, etc.)
    -  Ad Hoc analysis depending on requirements
    -  Continuous identification of improvement potentials
    -  Drive digitalization
    -  Identify and mitigate weaknesses in the context of corporate governance (Internal Control System, Risk Management, Compliance) Implementation of new processes and tools (e.g. in the context of planning and controlling processes or the ramp-up of new entities. Evaluation of investment projects. Financial assessment of quotations (Business cases)
    -  Support the implementation of ERP system of process changes
    -  Driving / supporting cross-functional, cross-divisional projects
    -  Talent identification and team development

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -  10 years of work experience with over 5 years controlling, finance or related experience
    -  Proven track record in leadership and project work with international exposure
    -  Experience with Joint Ventures will be a plus;
    -  University degree with a master’s degree / diploma in finance, business administration or (industrial) engineering
    -  Solid knowledge of performance management, dynamic profitability calculations, IFRS, Corporate Governance
    -  Target focused, ability to work independently, logical thinking and analytical skills combined with the ability to work under time pressure
    -  Practical experience in controlling and / or the Financial Accounting
    -  Technical interest and understanding / Team spirit and excellent communication skills, assertiveness
    -  Experience in working with persons / teams from different cultural backgrounds
