Planning management
• Set up and optimize the central planning process, have a clear rule on capacity allocation towards BM plants, in line with business target, logistics cost, production technical process and cost
• Coordinate with plants for capacity and raw material preparation, track and improve forecast accuracy, drive allocation to ensure the planning directions and priorities and executed to best satisfy demand while taking into consideration all possible manufacturing constrains
• Monitor import raw material replenishment plan as a central buyer side, ensure timely delivery and availability in accordance with inventory plan, safety stock policy and on-time delivery metrices. Maintain safety stock level according to business trend, work with sales team for slow moving consumption plan, support product management for new raw material promotion for business development
• Attend management meeting to report sales operation target, status and raise issue that require cross function consensus
• Work with finance for yearly capacity plan update together with subsidy assumption based on different scenario for a better decision from both manufacture and financial point of view
Make raw material purchase plan and ensure the supply in terms of business plan
Reporting and Analysis
• Generate business weekly / monthly report
• Conduct daily reports like inventory, open order , plant idle alert, etc
• Support SAP/system project implementation in terms of resource planning, process reviewing, result testing and team training.
• In charge of the balance of the responsiveness and the manufacturing efficiency.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the HOCO's production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination, ship scheduling, and dispatching cooperating. Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance （bill to production order reporting）
