- Formulate HR overall strategy and processes, policies and best practices for group business globally
- Lead the HR team giving functional direction according to the global strategies and concepts ensuring a harmonized approach to all relevant HR processes, engaging in all aspects of TA, TD, C&B, employee relations, HR operation as well as HR Business Partners
- Partner with Business CEO to evaluate HR strategies for recruitment, retention and attraction of talents on a global scale
- Experience in new business system 0-1 set up and managing rapid organic growth changes
- Partner with leadership team, coach and mentor leaders to make sure they are effectively managing their teams
- Effectively to build an excellent multi-culture company working environment
