• As part of the “Field HR” organization, the main responsible HR Leader is to ensure that local specifics (law, rules & regulations, works agreements, etc.) are respected in HR
daily work and projects.
• Coordinate the activities regarding execution of defined range of tasks related to daily, operational and project HR activities. Ensure delivery on quality and cost.
• Deliver Business transformation and/or HR Function change projects.
• Develop systems and processes within the organization that address the strategic needs of the business.
• Provide coaching, advice and insights as HR Business Partner to help business leaders address people implications of business decisions.
• Develop effective working relationships, influence the senior management team on personal style and the development and delivery of their people plans in support of the achievement of the business area and HR strategies.
• Lead HR cycle strategically including OPSP, succession, people development, performance management, merit/bonus review, engagement survey to help business leaders fully deliver their people plan.
• Provide both transformational advice and transactional support throughout HR where required on change management initiatives, organizational restructures, job role design, outsourcing, redundancy situations in order to improve cost and efficiency, clarify accountabilities and empower delivery of great customer service.
