1. Identify, develop and implement HR information systems
2. Establish and direct internal audit processes to ensure system and data integrity and quality
3. Provide technical and functional system expertise to configure, test and lead system changes and HRIS projects
4. Subject Matter Expert in all system data and processes associated with HR systems
5. Oversee HR system modules, review and troubleshoot daily issues and action items
6. Continuously measure HR systems functionality against organizational needs to identify the area of improvement and creation of HRIS roadmap
7. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data analytics to meet the needs of business and HR
