- Complete the study, analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, administration and communication of current total rewards programs, policies, and procedures, develop recommendations for improvement;
- Recommend, conduct and participate in assigned salary surveys to understand competitive compensation levels in the organization;
- Assure through audits, analysis and reports, that all global organization compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations;
- Participate in the budgeting and strategic planning process and provide leadership to the sub-region planning exercise from a human resource perspective, monitoring the performance against this plan throughout the year;
- Utilize experience to respond to total rewards trends and market data points, while tying them to corporate objectives and ensuring legal compliance;
- Lead and coach the team to deliver great support to business;
- Be in charge of IPO ESOP plan to support listing and run the ESOP transaction work.
