- Partner with business leaders to assess current needs and effective solutions to close performance gaps utilizing both training and performance support initiatives;
- Design, develop, and implement learning programs that meet current and future business need, leveraging learning technologies and instructional design experience;
- Deliver the training courses with business requirement;
- Identify and report on learning metrics to show outcomes achieved;
- Partner with colleagues in other regions to share best practices and build consistency where appropriate;
- Assist in the selection and coordination of the use of external suppliers for learning and development needs as required.
