  • Scope of Lean
    -	Develops Lean strategy and systematic concept to implemented in LORD Division. 
    -	Leading and guiding Lean initiatives and activities to makes progress and result to support business growing to align with middle-long term Win Strategy. 
    -	Lean Processes: Ensures the Division/Sales Company is implementing the company's Lean System, the principles, techniques, and methodologies. 
    -	Maintains and develops the Division Site Level Plan coordinating with all involved personnel. 
    -	Helps develop Lean champions within the Division with an emphasis on achieving the division’s goals, objectives, and implementation plans relative to the Corporate Lean WIN Scorecard. Responsible for auditing the lean journey across the LORD Division. 
    -	Lean Training: coordinates and manages Lean Kaizens, Boot Camp Training, and other Lean Training event. 
    -	Provides training for staff at all levels on running Lean events and their associated tools and techniques. Ensures on-going education of all employees at the Division. 
    -	Lean Culture: Promotes a continuous learning environment, establish an atmosphere at entire organization of LORD China. 
    -	Lean & The Business: Provides high level of technical and operational recommendations in meeting material control, product quality and customer service goals.
    -	Represents the Division at external meetings and seminars, presents progress to both internal and external audiences; Shares “best practice” methods and ideas with other Lean Managers across the company. 
    -	Prepares division budget plan for department, forecast and subsequent implementation; Recruits, trains and develops staff to deploy these services as required.
    Scop of Quality:
    -	Quality Policy & Processes: Communicates customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction. 
    -	Quality System Management: Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies. 
    -	Quality Training: Works with Division leadership to ensure that individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance results. 
    -	Quality & Customer Interface: Maintains a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints. 
    -	Quality & Supplier Interface: Collaborates with Purchasing on the development and implementation of a supplier management strategy. 
    -	Quality & New Product Development: Collaborates with Engineering on new product development and design review for quality/reliability issues; oversees Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
    -	Quality Department & People Management: Prepares division or sales company budget plan, forecast and subsequent implementation; Recruits, trains and develops staff to deploy these services as required. 
    -	Implements the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality. Uses the results of performance evaluation to target improvement efforts.
    -	Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
    -	Coordinates Division personnel for internal, customer and third-party quality system audits. 
    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    -	Take the lead in lean and quality systematic
    -	Provide training / direction for main stake holders in production, quality or other operation team to ensure operation team’s capability.
    -	Work with global expertise and local team on new product introduction/ localization.
    -	Engineering to make the continues improvements on process, production & packing equipment, tools, and provide appropriate documentation and support when product transits to production, prepare manufacturing instructions and other process specifications.
    -	Conduct necessary testing for trouble shooting cases, manage rubber receiving inspection, coordinate with quality department and rubber supplier for rubber problem solving.
    -	Investigate and resolve production and quality issues in a timely manner, provide in-depth analysis to ensure continues improvements on safety, quality, and productivity.
    -	Accept other jobs assigned by managers.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • -	Bachelor’s degree or above, major in technical field.
    -	Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in multinational chemical industries, and robber, adhesive or coating industries are preferred.
    -	Strong knowhow in the field of Lean and quality.
    -	Good verbal and written competence in both English and Mandarin
    -	A responsible and committed team leader with good communication and interaction skills, proactive attitude, self-initiative, can work both independently and collaboratively.
    -	Strong leadership and “can-do” attitude.
