- To do/review process simulation and calculation (incl. hydraulic calculation) with process software/tools such as Aspen plus, HYSYS, etc. - Be able to do heat exchanger analysis by HTRI. - To prepare and review process data sheets for vessels, tanks, pumps and compressors, instrument and control valves, PSVs, etc. for projects. - To develop/review P&IDs (incl. P&ID updating and management) and stream data list. - To perform/review/approve process engineering works during detailed engineering. - Process coordination in projects and process site supervision during project construction / commissioning phase. - To define process schedule for the project and perform process controlling (for senior position). - To define process requirements for project data base. - Support for site construction and commissioning. - Support for project development proposal. - Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager.
Education: - University degree or above in chemical engineering field. Training & Certificate: - Training Courses in its Field. Working Experience: - At least 8 years process engineering work experience, experiences in coal to methanol projects or steam reforming area will be an added advantage. Foreign Language: Good in English, with strong English communication skills. Knowledge & Know-how: - P&ID system design with process engineering experiences in H2/Hyco or gasification projects. - Familiar with process simulation tools such as Aspen Plus, HYSYS, etc. Others: - Corporative teamwork spirit, with rigorous and positive working attitude. - Good understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean enterprise. - Excellent communication skills to lead and support empowered employees in a Team environment. - Good presentation skills to effectively share the success and ideas of the Division. - Good at written and spoken English - 6 Sigma green belt or above is preferred
