The position is a critical role in AP Sourcing team, the position is responsible for driving and realizing the significant accomplishments that we’re pursuing all related purchasing and also support sourcing activities of AP, which including OEM & Trading parts of insulation business, Direct materials, Packaging, Energy, Logistics , MRO and Services and developing China sources to meet others regions’ demand. S(he) will be responsible for leading and ensure the business outcomes through supplier management, cost reduction driven, innovations and sustainability strategy, delivery effective solutions on materials substitution, monitor from cost and price perspective. This position is taking the lead and engaging cross functional team on developing and reached results as strategic plan, S(he) is the bridge between suppliers with operation, technical, finance, supply chain and commercial team to do continuous improvement and specified projects, who need to work with AP category or AP others country sourcing leader to put all resources as well as strong leadership capability and enables us to best leverage the talents and effective actions from internal and external, and provide further clarity of accountability on hard goals with specific sourcing metrics. The position will provide support and well connected with operation, Finance and different sourcing functions through coordination on target achievements.
