职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • 1. Continuously identify, develop and manage suppliers performance
    a) According to the company's strategic develop direction, develop and qualify suppliers that meet the requirements of company
    b) Supplier performance reviews; assessment suppliers regularly. Be responsible to run regular supplier risk management and take the needed actions.,
    c) Negotiate for competitive price, service, terms and conditions,
    d) Keep regular contacts with the qualified suppliers to be well informed about the leadtime, MOQ and events&accidents which may influence the supplies.
    e) Proactively communicate with internal stakeholder impact of the supplier from any ongoing or foreseeable changes/accidents.
    2. Organize and optimize procurement process to ensure timely supplies.
    3. Define and motinor the market intelligence and integrate the opportunity into the purchase or sourcing planning.
    4. Collaborate with global Purchasing team in any means of sourcing synergy.
    5. Other tasks assigned within the scope by superior manager.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Requirements
    1. Bachelor degree or above, educational background of mechanical engineering or similar is required.
    2. 3+ years’ experience in sourcing and suppliers development /management.
    3. Fluent English Speaking.
    4. With sharp eyes seeing the opportunity and capable of negotiation.
    5. Familiar with ERP system. ( such as Navision, SAP, QAD, Oracle )
    6. Be a person with strong integrity, accountability, passion, and accept travels from time to time.
