职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

• -	Take charge of BU's business in Asia market.
  -	As key finance partner with BU Leaders. Be responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategy surrounding all aspects of BU operations supporting both short-term and long-term business plans.
  -	Lead the finance team including the functions of Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting to drive standardization and efficiency.
  -	Work with Finance Shared Service Center and COE Finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities in the business group’s operations.
  -	Partner with other BU Finance teams and other Asia Region Functions to develop and execute Asia Finance strategies, and to support Asia Regional business growth together.
  -	Partnering with commercial team to drive sustainable and profitable growth e.g. pricing guidance, structure saving opportunities.
  -	Work closely with all function teams within BU to maintain an effective and efficient operating organization.
  -	Act as financial interface with the global corporate BU Finance teams in the US for the businesses. This includes ongoing communications regarding strategic planning, budgeting and financial planning, business practice concerns, operational improvement ideas, control issues, and any other relevant finance matters.
  -	As the team leader, be responsible for building more effective team organization and be responsible for talent development to build strong talent pipeline.

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• -	More than 10 years experiences in finance team management.
  -	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA is preferred.
  -	Outstanding oral and written communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
  -	High business acumen in dynamic market.
  -	Strong cross-function leadership and coordination capability in the matrix organization.
  -	Proven management/supervisory skills including the ability to mentor and develop potential finance talent.
