Position: HRBP ( Sr. Mgr / Ass Dir) -Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to deliver results through human resource initiatives; -Lead organization effectiveness, org design/development, succession, and workforce planning for the supported BUs; -Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers to hire, onboard and assimilate talent to fulfill growing business needs; -Work together with BU Leaders to optimize high-performing teams and leverage HR shared services to address employee relations issues; -Identify the key talent, regular talent review and take talent development plan, rewards and retention program in the supported BUs; -Support Campus New College Program in the progress of candidates’ selection, development requirements, development pipeline.
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred, around 10 years HR functional experience and 6 years in HRBP function; -HRBP supporting experience for R&D Team preferred; -Strong business acumen, and to translate into daily operations; -Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills, including influencing and collaboration within a complex matrix organization; -Solid in talent management, succession, change management, continuous improvement; -Positive attitude, high persistence & resilience, good skills on conflict management, team work and communication; -Combines pragmatic, hands-on mentality with a smart and conceptual view.
