- End-to-end responsible for regional recruiting activities: highly important HR process with relevant business impact. Drives the recruiting, sourcing and pre-boarding activities regionally as per business needs..
- Develops and ensure a common, cost efficient and KPI driven process globally, ensuring recruiting success via an exceptional candidate experience. Provides high quality standards and outstanding talent acquisition knowledge. Ensures that recruiting activities are handled within legal requirements and compliance guidelines.
- Steers the strategic agenda and priorities for sourcing channels and recruiting events, advices on recruiting trends & innovations. Steers the evaluation of sourcing channel and aligns strategies accordingly. Represents the company in relevant talent groups. Supports strategic talent programs and activities (ERP Program, TRM etc.) within their region.
- Governs the collaboration with external talent acquisition partners and processes.
- Supports cross-divisional recruiting related activities within the Group with the help of an active internal recruitment & talent pool strategy. Combines the internal and external talent market.
- Evaluates and further develops Recruiting and Onboarding activities globally in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including the new global strategic roles within GTA.
- Manage HC within team to support ever changing business needs.
- Plan budget for CDS and conduct IDS when necessary.
