- Based at North Carolina and lead a finance team of 9 staff covering America (US, Peru, Columbia) business
- To provide accurate financial statements and information to management, and Keep the Financial Accounting Department operation in order, on time and accurate
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets
- Support business heads with financial analysis efforts
- Manage annual external audit
- Manage Accounting team including hiring, training and development of employees
- Responsible for tax reports and reporting to tax authorities
- Maintain administration of electronic banking system
- Assist with information gathering for risk management requirements
