Position will initiative H2 market business growth by focusing design and development efforts on products of fuel cell & HICE (Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine) applications and design. The Design Engineer will be responsible for fuel cell products designing from concept through production, project localization. And support the production line to Improve FPY, 5S, on time delivery.: - H2 market new project management which includes concept, feasibility, prototyping, pilot batch and serial production. - Redesign existing fuel cell & HICE components to improve manufacturability, ease of assembly, increased reliability and decreased cost. - New product development which includes technical specification, sample and test. - VA/VE project for existing product - Complete projects and assignments in a timely and professional manner. - Participate and manage cross-functional teams. - Interact with internal and external customers on a regular basis. - Effective performer in a team - Resolve technical customer problems. - Support the Manufacturing and Quality Team on technical issues, Work with SQE to solve the components issue. - Manufacturing process tools design continue improvement of FCD production line. - Technical assistance on any manufacturing process required. - Strong Cost Reductions driven.
