1.Track sales operations strategy deployment, sales target/business plan allocation, to make
sure on-target delivery
2. Accountable to ensure operational performances, lead productivity and process
improvements
3. Conduct sales management related analysis to meet sales related KPI
4. Report sales related activities including sales performance, sales order booking & billing
status, in-market-sales data. Continuously improve reporting tools and review process
5. Coach and train the sales regions in developing detailed gap analysis across field sales. Set
up monthly operational review with Sales Operations
6. Laise with related function Dept., like Sales Service, Quality, Logistics, Finance and HR to
support drive business performance
