Recruitment - Work with sales co. HR to implement recruiting plan and deliver services for company to increase recruitment effectiveness, employee fit, contribution and retention; - Coaching line managers on improving their selection skills - Work closely with central recruiting function and contribute in improving the recruitment process, policies and the operation system; - Develop and maintain the candidate pools of the Sales Company in the Candidate Pool - Review and modify job descriptions - Set up competency model - Deliver accurate and on-time HR report Training Implementation - Work closely with the central training function and conduct training needs analysis and be involved in courses designing & sourcing. - Assist to set up company internal trainer system and implementation in the Sales Co. - Communicate the learning information to build and sustain manager & employee understanding of the development process and available resources Performance Management - Support the performance management implementation in the whole organization - Provide training and coach to line managers during implementation - Monitor the implementation of individual development plan HR Business Partner - Deliver HR support to assigned business units. - Advise and partner managers and employees in all generalist HR matters. - Partner with HR Central Function in delivering and raising awareness on all our core HR processes, facilitating compensation processes, recruiting, training and development, and employee survey feedback and action planning.
- Bachelor Degree minimum; - At least more than 8 years' work as multinational company HR, currently work as HRBP. Rich experiences in recruiting and training function, candidate holds C&B knowledge is a plus, - Familiar with matrix organization. - Result oriented and positive "can do" attitude - Strong communication and coordination skills; - Experienced in Job Description develop, KPI design, competence model design, organizational and individual performance management - Good logical thinking, open-mind, detail-oriented and a good team leader. - Willing to learn and grow with positive and self-motivated attitudes; - Excellent in spoken and written English;
