1. Perform resource allocation for NPIP projects in order to ensure delivery to market in accordance with NPIP time line.
2. Initiate and plan market research, market analysis, competitors study and market validation, and interpret the results and determine follow-up actions in order to keep abreast with the market needs and trends and to maintain competitiveness of the overall systems portfolio and assigned product line.
3. Support Knowledge & Training Manager in the planning and development of training content for products. Partners with Knowledge & Training Manager in conducting / delivering training when required.
4. Partner Brand Marketing to achieve successful product launches by co-developing collateral such as brochure and price list, supporting launch events and preparing mock-ups.
5. Contribute towards NPI (new product introduction) by providing information to the team on marketing, pricing and market opportunities in order to inform joint decision marking.
6. Compile findings from cost-price analysis performed on products and product lines and propose actions to improve performance.
7. Maintain product line and be the main contact for all marketing related enquiries on the product from Asia Pacific & Emerging Markets. Ensure that MCO (Marketing Change Order) for system update has been performed correctly by team.
