Position Summary:
A Key Account Management role to maximize revenue and profitability in assigned accounts, identify and develop new business, new account and protect existing relationships against competition within Residential market in South China.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve the assigned quarterly and yearly sales targets within the defined territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities and new Key account in assigned Territory
Manage customer relationships and project’s information/process within existing accounts in assigned Territory
Enhance reputation in the market by building a strong business base
Enhance brand and image by building relationships with key decision makers in the long strategic purchasing process
Cooperating with regional sales team, guiding territory sales to be focus on residential developer Key account, and tracking all projects process with project site sales.
Objectives:
Sales Targets:
Execute sales strategies as set by the KA business leader in order to attain quarterly and yearly sales targets
Develop new business, partner to sign new strategic purchasing agreement with new Residential developer and maintain existing account and business in order to attain quarterly and yearly sales targets
Maximise project opportunities by spending as much time as possible in the field with Key account, assign owner sales to each project and tracking it
Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, product demonstrations and in-servicing to potential and existing customers as required
Negotiate price and volume of discounts within defined policy/process and guidelines as required
Attend corporate and customer events as required
Resolve customer complaints as soon as possible and feedback the customer requirements to all supporting team efficiently
Corporate Policies:
Support and fulfil all corporate policies and established sales processes/guidelines
Attend meetings as required
Liaise with Management, Customer Service and Field Service to ensure customer satisfaction for every order
Product Management:
Support and participate in sales promotions and marketing activities as required
