- Overall responsibility for HR functions such as recruitment, salary benefits, training, employee relations, etc. in the manufacturing facility.
- Leading and facilitating plants HR team to set and achieve HR goals
- Implement and optimize HR policies/process and projects in the plant.
- Build HR partnership with plant functional managers
- Provide HR consultation to Plant Manager and plant functional managers
- Support Plant Manager with Plant Talent development and recruitment.
- Support Plant Manager in developing sustainable plan for the plant leadership team.
- Support Plant Manager in team restructuring according to corporate direction.
- Support Plant Manager and functional team to develop performance measurement plans and support the performance evaluation process.
- Work with regional HR directors in obtaining and implementing new corporate HR requirement.
- Handle labor issues and disputes if happened
- Assist Plant Manager and functional manages to build company culture
