Talent Acquisition
Identify and plan recruitment demands with business units.
Internal Channels: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, aligned with all stakeholders
External Channels: Manage candidate-selection, F2F interview, co-decision making with line manager, offering procedure and the processing of contracts.
Work with TA on internal referral program
Support Campus recruitment, incl. campus talk, selection, assessment center, offering, onboard etc.
Talent & Succession Management
Support business leaders to identify, motivate, develop and retain key talent for the right job at the right time.
Proactively lead the implementation of the talent assessment, incl. Assessment Centre, Competence Development, Development Centre etc.
Work with L&D team on leadership development, incl. Supervisory Programs, First-Level Leadership Development Program, Plant Manager Development Program etc.
Proactively lead the identification of key talents by succession planning (MRR), and maintain the information updated throughout the year.
Learning & Development
Collect training needs at the beginning of each year
Identification of learning programs/courses based on the collective employee development needs in order to improve employee development/performance in the long-term.
Support the execution and evaluation of development plans.
Follow up the training feedback, in order to improve the training program
Employee Lifecycle/HR Operations
Conduct or support daily operational HR transactions, incl. on-boarding, mobility, promotion/salary adjustment, internal transfer, exit interview, off-boarding etc.
Analyze HR data to share insights into business, workforce and HR activities.
Performance Management
Support employees with their objective setting at the beginning and mid of the year.
Review with business managers on Employee Performance Evaluation and follow-up development plan.
Support maintenance of the Performance Management system, facilitate the Performance Management lifecycle by tracking the evaluation timeline.
Compensation & Benefits
Work with C&B to conduct merit/special adjustment/bonus review each year.
Review with business managers to raise off-cycle salary adjustment/promotion case.
Review with C&B team in terms of design and effective management of overall employee related reward.
Labor Relationship
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
Manage PIP process and handle employee complaints or labor disputes.
Promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance with regards to company policy and relevant employment laws through consulting, coaching, presentations, and training.
Employee Engagement
Lead mini-survey and China Employee Engagement survey, conduct analysis, facilitate action planning and follow up the implementation.
Lead the implementation of “Staff Committee” to help build company culture and create favorable working environment, incl. Family Day, Outing, Clubs, Annual Dinner etc.
Management and execution of Employee Recognition programs, including Spot Awards, VP Awards, Service Award etc.
Management and execution of Career Conversation with individual employee.
Employee Communication
Develop and facilitate comprehensive internal communications and social media strategies/events along with recruitment to improve employer branding both internally and externally.
Lead Town Hall each year to lubricate the information flow inside the company.
Set-up measures for communication and ensure the suitable & necessary information flow throughout the company.
HR Strategy for Organizational Development
Collect and consolidate OPSP Headcount plan review each year
Collaborate and coordinate with HRCOE and HR Operation to implement HR initiatives support of the business.
Support design of the organizational structure based on business needs. Support the leaders and business in implementing organizational changes.
