    1.Structure and develop sales team - Define together with the company managements a sales organization suitable to achive the company targets in the region. Develop and manage the direct and indirect sales channels. 架构并建设销售团队, 根据区域销售目标,和公司管理层一起定义销售组织架构,发展并管理好直销团队和经销商渠道 。                                                                         								
    2. Prepare sales plan in term of business volume - Prepare and finalize with management and local marketing for the sales plan on a yearly basis in terms of business volume(bookings, billings and market share) and receivables. Support management in the preparation of the costs and headcount plan. Responsible for achieving the finalized monthly, seasonly, and yearly sales targets.根据商业规模制定相应的销售计划, 和管理层以及市场部根据每年的销售指标(包括订单,销售额,市场份额等)制定销售计划,包括团队人员数量,分工,成本预算,销售策略等,并最终完成月度、季度、年度销售指标。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       								
    3.Business development - Constantly survey the market and identify in cooperation with local marketing team new business opportunties. Lead the sales structure to find new customers/applications and to extend the business with the exisiting customers according to the defined strategies. Sales output of new projects, new design-in,local & transfer. Monitor the business development and provide udpated forecasts on regular basis. 业务拓展,持续的关注市场并与当地销售团队挖掘新的业务机会。根据现有战略,在现有客户的基础上,带领销售团队挖掘新客户或开拓新应用,并且负责新项目、新产品导入,内单和外单的管理,监管业务发展并提供相关预测。								
    4.Project support, keep market penetration, competition information collection, cable assembly, etc.积极参与组件销售、行业开拓等项目,持续渗透市场,提供市场和竞争对手动态信息等。								
    5. Report management, pipeline, visit report, forecast, presentation, email, sample(quarterly)/price(monthly) tracking report with win/loss update, project list, monthly report, and other reports.报告管理,按公司的要求及时提供准确的客户拜访报告、客户回复邮件、项目进展状态、销售预测数据、样品(季度报告)、报价、项目清单、月度报告等。								
    6.Customer relationship and customer satisfaction management - Visit customers in order to establish and maintain good relationships. Lead the sales team towards full understanding of the customers, their needs/priorities and decision processes. Timely response ( Within 24hours), 99% accuracy,provide highest priority to customer in working time, set up ODU corporate image, pass on sales relevant information to customer timely and accurately. At the same time, manager key accounts well. Make sure A/R receiving on time. 客户关系维护及客户满意度管理 ,经常性拜访客户,和客户特别是重要客户建立良好的关系,为未来更多合作打好基础。带领团队更好的了解客户,包括他们的实际需求,运营状况,决策过程等。24小时内及时给客户提供支持,准确率99%,保证工作时间客户需求为最高优先级,积极树立欧度公司形象,向客户及时并且准确的传达公司销售信息和变更信息,维护公司利益。同时,管理好大客户,并确保公司应收账款及时到账。   								
    7.Team management - Contributes to the formulation of the company procedures and operational guidelines. Guide the personel towards the achievements of its targets in terms of personal and career development for the induvidual and company benefit. Fully responsible for team member's performance and works.团队管理 - 把公司的流程,理念传导给团队成员,引导团队成员采用合理的方式完成各自的任务,达到和公司共同成长的目标。 对下属团队每一个成员的绩效和所有工作内容等表现全权负责。 								
    8. Price change mangement,<1% reduction vs. the previous year 价格变动管理, 每年产品降价低于1%。								
    9. Control the cost within the budget, and optimize the use, control sales cost: travel, sample, AR and inventory, etc. 在预算内控制销售费用,节约公司资金和财产使用,最大限度的控制预算。样品管理和费用控制、差旅费的高效经济、应收账款催缴、库存控制和管理等。								
    10. Tasks assigned by superior.领导布置的其他工作任务。								
    11. General competence review meets requirements, score result equal or greater than 3, including the capability of: quality of work, job knowledge and skill, quantity/productivity of work,initiative,discipline, team work/cooperation, taking responsibility, business ethics, communication and coordination,planning and organization, problem-solving and decision-making.阶段性总体能力评估达标,最后得分大于等于3分为合格,小于3分为不合格。总体能力评估包括:工作质量、工作知识和技巧、工作量、主动性、纪律、团队合作/协作、责任心、职业道德、沟通协调、计划及组织、解决问题和做决定,等等。
