• Job Responsibilities 
  1. China ANI Sales & Channel management. 
  2 .Develop ANI business Strategy and sales tactics to execute sales operating plans. 
  3. Manage channels for better and more transparent pipeline information. 
  4. Develop new channels for better region and application coverage. 
  5. Building / Strengthen relationships with key customers / channel partners. 
  6. Work with Key customers/channel partners to understand the applications/needs and suggest the solutions. 
  7. Work with factory / channels to drive growth in new market and incremental business. 
  
  

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Requirements 
  1. Bacholar degree or above. Technical (Chemistry , Metal or Material Science background) background or education (B.S., M.S.) with equivalent business experience 
  2. Over 5 years of business experience in industrial equipment with a multinational company 
  3 . Highly organized with superior customer service skills 
  4、Track record of success managing distributors in Analytical instrument/Industrial equipment 
  5、Fluent in Chinese with solid English verbal and written communication skills 
  6、Strong communications, team-building, and leadership skills 
  7、Excellent in MS Office knowledge and its applications
