- Support Regional HR BP to control the HC for stores. - Closely follow up HR KPIs (turnover, productivity, bonus rate, payroll %, HC, etc.) and propose action plan to monitor
- 3-5 year HR working experience in MNCs, retail industry is preferred - >1 yr team leading experience is preferred - Familiar with major HR functions: recruiting, C&B, staffing, etc. - Can accept regular travelling - Able to work under pressure and into details
