职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • •	Assist the President or Vice President in formulating strategic projects based on the company's long-term strategy;
    根据公司远景战略,协助总裁或分管副总裁制定战略项目;
    •	Decompose and promote the execution according to the business strategy plan;
    根据企业经营战略规划,分解、推动事务的执行;
    •	Assist in formulating phased work plans and communicate feedback to promote strategic implementation;
    协助公司制定阶段性工作计划并进行沟通反馈,推动战略实施;
    •	Participate in company strategic planning and dynamic adjustment, prepare for daily strategic report;
    参与公司战略规划及动态调整,日常战略汇报材料准备;
    •	Analyze and summarize the business data of the project teams and make reports;
    对业务部的经营数据进行分析、总结, 并制作成报告;
    •	Understand and analyze the environmental changes in the exhibition industry, interpret the industry's potential impact and development trends, and provide industry basis for the company to make strategic decisions;
    了解分析会展行业的环境变化,对行业可能产生大的影响和发展趋势作出解读,为公司进行战略决策提供行业依据;
    •	Participate in corporate strategy discussions;
    参与公司战略的讨论

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • •	Master degree or above, EMBA and other management majors are preferred
    硕士及以上学历,EMBA等管理学专业优先
    •	More than 10 years relevant work experience, 5 years project management experience
    10年以上相关工作经验,5年以上项目管理经验
    •	Good comprehension ability, strategic thinking and systematic thinking skills
    良好的领悟能力、战略性思维和系统的思考能力
    •	Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly to the working environment
    学习能力强,能够迅速适应工作环境
    •	Strong textual skills, ability to draft and revise all types of copywriting
    具有较强的文字功底,具有起草、修订各类文案的能力	
    •	Accompany the President or Vice President for short-term business travel
    陪同总裁或分管副总裁短期商务出差
    •	Willingness to develop professionalism in the exhibition industry
    有志于在会展行业发展,有专业立命的意愿和价值观
    •	Excellent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
