- Responsibility for overall HR functions such as recruitment, C&B, training, employee relations, etc. in the manufacturing facility.
- Leading and facilitating plants HR team to set and achieve HR goals
- Implement and optimize HR policies/process and projects in the plant.
- Build HR partnership with plant functional managers
- Provide HR consultation to Plant Manager and plant functional managers
- Support Plant Manager with Plant Talent development and recruitment.
- Support Plant Manager and functional team to develop performance measurement plans and support the performance evaluation process.
- Handle labor issues and disputes if happened
