Has sales responsibility for specific product group products in an assigned geographical area. To increase sales and prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result. Responsible for distributor sales performance in assigned geographic area. Train distributor and/or OEM regarding new product application. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits. Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and engineering company targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis. Present positive self-image and make good business decisions utilizing the Product Group Sales Manager. Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Bachelor and above degree in a scientific discipline(Fermentation Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical, or a related field). Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the associated regulatory framework 2-3 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry Good Communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers Be self- directed and self-motivated with a high bias for action Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, multi-task, prioritize and goal-focused Willingness to travel as needed
