• Communicate with senior leaders on the talent management concept and talent review process
• Lead the process of talent review to assess the leadership potential of key talents and measure the depth of the talent pipeline
• Lead succession planning and discussion for identified leadership positions, and design individual development actions for key talents
• Create overall annual talent development plan based on company needs and talent analysis results.
• Collaborate closely with HR department on employer branding and talent attraction activities
• Partner with HR department to design on talent retention activities
• Cooperate with HR depart to run employee engagement survey project, analyze engagement results and propose follow-up actions
• Support HR department to drive Sr. leaders to build programs that enhance employee connection and engagement
