1. Digital Product/Project Estimation:
1) Facilitate scope definition, and high-level planning, discovery, and estimation workshops for digital products development with cross-functional teams and vendors
2) Quantify cost factors to deliver product/project deliverables including resources, project oversight, objective risk and related contingency
3) Document key assumptions and dependencies established through estimation activities
Prepare and present high-level plan with estimates for executives and cross-functional leaders based on estimate outcomes
2. Digital Product/Project Planning and Development:
1) Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones and deliverable tasks
2) Establish digital product/project financial forecasts including resource plans and other expense plans
3) Manage resource assignment, budget, scheduling, and scope prioritization, and change control
4) Serve as primary liaison among multiple teams, including e-commerce, insight, content, design, vendors and other key functional delivery teams for the digital product (when appropriate)
3. Social CRM Platform Operation and Data Analysis:
1)360 degrees of social CRM responsibility including strategy development, executions, and daily operations to achieve target goal and KPI.
2) Work closely with internal departments and external agency on data analysis, under-standing the products, modeling, and consumer behavior and come up with customer-driven campaigns to achieve higher customer life value and other CRM KPIs.
