职位介绍INTRODUCTION OF JOB

  • 1. External communication:
    1)Plan, prepare and implement various corporate and marketing communication projects in China
    2)Maintain and develop media relations in China; coordinate media relations across the Asia-Pacific region
    3)Organize regional participation in global events 
    4)Advertising and social media management 
    5)Corporate social responsibility projects
    6)Timely preparation of management speeches and presentations, press releases, QAs and lines-to-take in Chinese and English; crisis communication on demand
    7)Management of trade shows and customer events 
    8)Support other functions in the company in handling of external relations
    
    2. Internal communication:
    1)Coordination with global internal communication and locations across China and the overall Asia-Pacific region
    2)Daily information cascade, regular engagement initiatives and special projects
    
    3. Day-to-day management tasks:
    1)Budget planning and management
    2)Management of suppliers
    3)Manage and maintain corporate, product and technology assets
    4)Other tasks on demand

职位要求JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. Tertiary education; major in communications, journalism or marketing preferred. Candidates of engineering or general business also welcome
    2. Minimum of 6 years hands on experience in communication and/or public relations, preferably from agencies or sizeable B2B enterprises
    3. Track records in management of marketing campaign or communication projects
    4. Media network and editorial experience are definite advantages
    5. Good interpersonal skills; ability to appreciate business needs and cultural diversity
    6. Excellent command of written and spoken English
    7. Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
    8. Attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    9. Occasion business trips required
